This Exmouth and Cape Range National Park off the Ningaloo Reef has to be one of our favourites parts of Australia. Where in Australia can you swim only metres off the beach through the clearest turquoise water and be snorkelling over the World Heritage Ningaloo Reef.
2018 was the start of our schooling journey. With so many options our there, including Homeschooling, Distance Ed, School of the Air and Unschooling, it was quite confronting. After loads of negativity surrounding DE, we initially decided to go down the Homeschooling path.

A drive we have always talked about doing, so when NSW Tourism got in touch to see if we’d be interested in promoting this region, we jumped at it! The Murray River is Australia’s longest river at 2,508km! An iconic Australian region with diverse landscapes, it really is a great way to relax.
Stradbroke Island, also known as Straddie or North Straddie, lies within Moreton Bay, 30km off Brisbane. The second largest sand island in the world after Fraser Island. Straddie comprises of three small towns, several Lakes and a coastline full of beaches and rocky outcrops.
After leaving the scenic sites and attractions of Kakadu and Cooinda Lodge we head south through Katherine, arriving in Mataranka over 400km later. What an AMAZING part of the country it is!!
